Our website uses Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to measure how the site is used: pages visited, links and buttons clicked, searches made in the test directory, and whether a booking window, contact form or app waitlist was used. Analytics measurement is on by default when you first visit, and a banner lets you opt out at any time; if you opt out, only essential cookies remain. We do not use analytics data for advertising, and advertising cookies are off. The site may also load Zoho PageSense (page usage analysis) and Zoho SalesIQ (live chat) through the same tag manager.
Messages sent through the website contact form (name, email address, subject and message) are stored on servers located in Canada (Canada Central region) and are read only by Bio-Test staff for the purpose of responding to you. Until our notification service is fully switched over, a copy of each message is also transmitted through our website hosting provider, Netlify, whose servers are in the United States, so that our team is notified by email. Please do not include health card numbers or health details in a contact-form message; call us instead.
Sign-ups for the Bio-Test app launch list (email, optional name and role) are stored on the same Canadian servers and used only to send launch information.
