Call 1 (800) 409-1942Walk-ins are welcome at every patient service centre for routine bloodwork. Ultrasound and certain specialty tests require an appointment — call ahead or use the patient portal.
Most routine tests are finalized within 24–48 hours and delivered electronically to your physician. You can also access them in the patient portal once released.
Yes — all lab work requires a signed requisition from your physician or nurse practitioner. We accept paper and electronic requisitions from any Ontario provider.
Routine blood collection requisitioned by your physician is covered. A small mobility fee may apply for home visits — please call our client services to confirm.
Bring your health card, your requisition form, and any preparation notes from your physician (e.g. fasting instructions). Allow 15 minutes.
