How it works

Three steps, no appointment

Get a requisition

Every Ontario lab test needs a requisition from a physician, nurse practitioner or midwife. If it was faxed to us, just tell the desk.

Walk in with your health card

Visit any centre during its hours. Typical wait is under 15 minutes; book ahead online to skip the line.

3

Results to your provider

Routine results in 24–48 hours, sent electronically to your provider and available in the patient portal.
